All product prices are in £ sterling and are exclusive of delivery. We accept all orders for products subject to availability. If your order is out of stock we will notify you, we will ask if you are happy to wait for the item in which case we will send as soon as the item becomes available. If you do not wish to wait or your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s)
Payments can be made using Visa & Mastercard, via Paypal. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to authorisation by the card issuer and if the issuer of your card refuses to pay us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We do not accept checks.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to despatch your order within 2 days of receipt, subject to cleared funds.
We will send you an email to confirm despatch, so you know when to expect your order.

Please note that whilst we have tried to represent colours as accurately as possible they may vary slightly from the way they appear on your computer monitor. As we are unable to accept returns on opened products we strongly recommend that you first order samples if you have doubts about the suitability of any colour.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please inform us using the Contact Us form within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When you receive your order you have a period of 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or exchange. The goods must be returned unused and unopened with the seal intact - in the same condition as they were originally despatched from us. For reasons of hygiene we will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been opened or used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us. We do not accept returns on sample sized products.
Please contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned, we will then issue you with a returns number and an address to send the goods back to us. We are not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that customers use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service and obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline any order. Sample sizes are provided for sale to assist customers in finding the correct shade(s) and we will not accept repeated or multiple orders for samples of the same shade. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that Sampure Minerala will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses which have been provided by the customer at the time of ordering so please check your details carefully before submitting your order.
Sampure Minerals reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.
We do not disclose your information to third parties
